Two strengthening methods for aluminium plate

Different industries and fields on the properties of aluminum with different requirements in the mechanical processing industry, particularly strict requirements on the hardness of hardening, which requires in the aluminum production process, in order to improve the hardness of, meet performance requirements. At present, there are two main processing methods, namely, the processing of strengthening and solid solution strengthening, the following two methods to make a brief introduction:

Processing reinforced aluminum sheet

Also known as cold hardening hardening, aluminum is the recrystallization temperature of cold deformation processing such as forging, rolling, drawing, drawing, cold deformation, plate internal dislocation density increases, and the entanglement and the formation of cellular structure, hindering the movement of dislocation. Solid solution strengthened aluminum plate

Adding some alloy elements into the pure aluminum to form an infinite solid solution or a finite solid solution, not only can obtain high strength, but also can obtain excellent plasticity and good pressure processing performance. The most commonly used alloying elements in aluminum plate are copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, silicon, nickel and so on. General aluminum alloy to form solid solution, limited such as Al-Cu, Al-Mg, Al-Zn, Al-Si, Al-Mn and other two yuan alloys form limited solid solution, and has higher solubility can greatly limit the effect of solid solution strengthening.
