According to the stipulations of GB/T16475-1996 standard, alloy aluminum plate base state code in an English uppercase letters. Niche status code USES the base state code followed by one or more digits. Basic status code is divided into five kinds:

 

F free processing status Apply to in the process of forming, for work hardening and heat treatment conditions of special requirements of the product, the mechanical properties do not make provisions of the state of product (less common)

 

O annealed state Apply to obtain the minimum strength by full annealing processed products (occasional)

 

H work hardening state Apply to improve strength by work hardening products, product after work hardening can pass (also (without) the strength decreases the additional heat treatment (usually as a heat treatment to strengthen material)

 

W solid melting heat treatment state A state of instability, apply only after solution heat treatment, natural aging of the alloy at room temperature, the state only that products are in a natural aging phase (less common)

 

T heat treatment condition (different from F, O, H) is suitable for heat treatment, with (or without) work hardening to achieve stable products. T5 by high temperature cooling molding process, and then for artificial aging condition. Used in shaping process of by high temperature after cooling, not through the cold working (can be straightened, leveling, but does not affect the mechanical properties of the limit), artificial aging products.

 

T6 by artificial aging after solution heat treatment condition. Undertake no longer applies to the solution heat treatment after cold working (can be straightened, leveling, but does not affect the mechanical properties of the limit) products.

 

T7 has from the condition of artificial aging after solution heat treatment. Applicable to the solution heat treatment, to obtain some important features, when the artificial aging, strength on the aging curve over the products of the highest point.

T10 after cooling molding process by high temperature, cold working, and then on the condition of artificial aging. T73 applies after solution heat treatment, after to stipulated a time limitation of mechanical properties and resistance to stress corrosion performance indicators products T74 and T73 condition definition are the same. The state of the tensile strength is greater than T73 condition, but less than T76 state.

 

T76 and T73 condition definition are the same. The state of the tensile strength is higher than T73 and T74 state respectively, the stress corrosion cracking resistance lower than T73 and T74 state respectively, but the spalling corrosion resistance is better.

 

T7X2 applicable to or F O state after solution heat treatment, artificial aging treatment, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of T7X state of products. T81 applicable to solid solution heat treatment after cold deformation increase strength by about 1%, and then carries on the artificial aging products. T87 applicable to solid solution heat treatment after cold deformation increase strength by about 7%, and then carries on the artificial aging products. TX51 TXX51 TXXX51 applies to solid solution heat treatment or after high temperature cooling molding process, in accordance with specified amount of tensile plate, rolling, or finishing of bars as well as die forgings, cold forging or rolling ring, the product no longer after tensile straightening. Extrusion rod type, the permanent deformation and tube is 1% ~ 1%; Drawn tubes of permanent deformation is 1.5% ~ 3%. TX52 TXX52 TXXX52 is suitable for high temperature solid solution heat treatment and forming process after cooling, by compressing to eliminate stress, to produce 1% ~ 5%, the permanent deformation of the product.

 

TX54 TXX54 TXXX54 suitable for in the final forging die to eliminate stress by cold plastic die forgings.

 

T6, solid solution treatment (quenching), the artificial aging

 

T62, from the state annealing or F solid solution treatment, artificial
