Detailed introduction of H state of aluminum sheet

H state is a common state of aluminum products, on behalf of the aluminum processing hardening treatment, improve the strength of the. In the 5 basic states of aluminum (F, O, H, W, T, H) is the most exposed to the state of our state, a state of the most segments, different specifications and different grades of aluminum, subdivision condition is different, the performance will be a great difference.

Representation of H States

H 2 -3 digits, said H state subdivision state, 2 digit state is most common.

The first digit represents the processing state of the aluminum sheet:

H1: the state of work hardening, which indicates that the aluminum sheet is not treated by heat treatment, and the strength is obtained only by working hardening.

H2: the state of work hardening and incomplete annealing, indicates that the aluminum sheet has been hardened, and the strength exceeds the specified requirement. After incomplete annealing, the strength of the aluminum plate is reduced to the standard strength.

H3: the state of work hardening and stabilization, which indicates that the mechanical properties of the aluminum sheet can be stabilized by heat treatment or heat treatment. H3 is only applicable to aluminum sheet with natural aging at room temperature.

H4: hardening and coating treatment, said aluminum hardening, after paint processing and aluminum lead to incomplete annealing.

Second digits represent the strength of the aluminum sheet, and the degree of work hardening:

Generally, the degree of hardening is divided into 8 grades, 1 lowest, 8 highest, 9 representative of the super hard state than the Hx8 working hardening degree.

For example:

H18 state, which indicates that the aluminum sheet is only processed by heat treatment, and the strength of the aluminum sheet is the largest.

H24 state, which indicates that the aluminum plate is not completely annealed and the strength is medium.

H32 state, said the aluminum plate in the process of hardening after low temperature annealing, the state reached a stable, but the strength of less than H24 of aluminum.

Three digit state:

H111 state: applicable to the final annealing after the processing of the appropriate amount of hardening, but the degree of hardening of the processing is not as good as the H11 state of the product.

H112 state: it is suitable for the free machining state of hot rolled plate, hot forming products.

H116: made of 5 alloy is suitable for magnesium content more than 4% products. These products have the requirements of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
