Feature

 treatment are annealing, the recrystallization starting temperature and impurity content and degree of deformation, generally
 at about 200 ℃.Sheet annealing of sigma b = 80 ~ 100 mpa, sigma 0.2 = 30 ~ 50 mpa, zeta = 35% ~ 40%, HB = 25 ~ 30.Cold
 deformation by 60% ~ 60%, although can increase to 150 ~ 150 mpa, but zeta value decreased to 1% ~ 1.5%.Increase iron,
silicon impurity content can improve the strength, but lower plasticity, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.1200 (L5)
annealing softening characteristics of industrial pure aluminum plate and cold work hardening properties as shown.
Visible from the figure, to adjust the cold deformation after annealing temperature or control after annealing of cold deformation
 can obtain the mechanical properties of different state of cold work hardening.In order to improve the formability and take the

Heat treatment specification:


1) full annealing: heating to 390 ~ 430 ℃;On different material effective thickness, heat preservation time of 30 ~ 120 min.
At 30 ~ 50 ℃ / h speed with furnace cooling to 300 ℃, the air cold again.

2) rapid annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ℃.On different material effective thickness, heat preservation time of 30 ~ 120 min.
Air or water.

3) quenching and aging: 500 ~ 510 ℃, quenching air cooling;Artificial aging 95 ~ 105 ℃, 3 h, air cooling;Natural aging
120 h at room temperature.
